This BOC product is designed for use in applications where the elimination of odor is required. This is not a masking agent, but quickly oxidizes odor causing molecules, thus eliminating the source of odors.
Dilution rates vary upon the application, with a general recommendation of 6 ounces of Eccomate added to one gal. of water for sprayed on for most uses. This dilution is primarily for industrial and commercial applications where odors are quite strong, lower dilution levels are recommended for most residential uses.
